Payment Policy:

Deposit of 50% deposit to confirm booking.

For all Peak Season bookings staying in the Guest House or Glamping unit ; the full booking amount has to be paid by 31 October. Once full amount has been paid, this will be non-refundable.

Outstanding amounts to be settled on arrival. (Cash or Credit Card only)

No cheques accepted.

Outstanding balances need to be paid with Cash or by Credit card.
Pet Policy:

No Pets allowed in Glamping & Guest House.

Camping do allow some pets, but it has to be arranged with owners first before booking.

01 Dec - 09 Jan -- No dogs allowed.

11 Jan - 30 Apr -- Dogs allowed on request: to be arranged with owners first.

01 May - 30 Nov -- Dogs allowed on request; to be arranged with owners first.

Dog rates -- R 30 per day.

Camping facilities are utilized at own risk.

Please adhere to all notice and warning signs.

No laundry facilities.

No cooking facilities and equipment available.

No diving into river.

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

Speed limit on campsite (and surrounding area) is 10km/h.

Fishing is allowed, but on a catch and release base.

Please provide your own toiletries and toilet paper.

Water is available for shower and dish washing only, not for drinking and cooking purposes.
