Cancellation Policy

If cancelling up to 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling up to 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling up to 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit. If cancelling up to 49 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. Free cancelation if cancelling 50+ days before arrival.

 

Pet Policy

Please note that the Guest House and Glamping is not pet-friendly. For the campsite, we do allow pets, only when it is pre-arranged and permission was granted, by sending and email or WhatsApp message before booking. The owners of Gourits River Guest Farm reserve the right to not accept guests if prior permission for pets was not asked and granted. The deposit, or any payments made, will be non-refundable.

6. Do not park on road; park by located parking spots
